HST Materials can provide die-cut parts from a variety of non-metallic materials using hydraulic, rotary, punch press and travelling head presses. We prefer your tooling part files to be emailed as a DXF file, but we can work from prints and even replicate from an existing part.

Exceptional speed and response time, along with attention to detail, are qualities HST brings to your project. Tooling can be made in one to two days when needed to get samples in-house fast.

Many stock items are available for immediate sampling for your new part development requirements. Silicone sponge, EPDM sponge and Neoprene sponge as well as dense rubber materials, double-coated adhesives, VHB’s and thin-gauge plastic materials are our specialties.Kiss-cut parts on rolls, die cut separate parts and parts with slugs removed are some of the typical types of die-cut configurations supplied.
